Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Savora app and website. By creating an account or using Savora, you agree to them. The short version: use Savora for yourself, be kind to the service, and remember it's a wellbeing companion, not medical care.
Savora offers guided audio for relaxation and habit change. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional care. If you're struggling with addiction, mental health, or thoughts of self-harm, please speak with a qualified professional or contact a local crisis line.
1. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Savora. Keep your login credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Parts of Savora are free, including the 21-day Craving reset program. Savora Plus is a recurring subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.
3. Using Savora safely
Sessions guide you into a deeply relaxed state. Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention. Choose a time and place where it's safe to close your eyes.
4. Our content
All sessions, programs, recordings, artwork, and text in Savora belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream and download them for your own use within the app. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, resell, or use them to train machine-learning models.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the app, circumvent payment or access controls, scrape the service, interfere with other users, or use Savora for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
6. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Savora is provided "as is". We don't promise specific outcomes: habit change is personal and results vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Savora and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licences, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Savora evolves. For material changes we'll give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email. If you keep using Savora after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
Write to akmilabs@gmail.com; we're happy to explain anything here in plain language.
